Student volunteer opportunities
The Green Party is looking for student volunteers to work near your secondary school in the Toronto-Danforth riding. This fun opportunity can be used toward your required 40 hours of community service.
You will gain experience working with a team, get a behind-the-scenes look at how politics operates at our planning meetings, and you will contribute to our outreach work by meeting the public together with other team members.
Our flexible schedule means that you can work as little as 1 to 2 hours per week (or more if you want), before or after school, in the evenings or on weekends.
The Global Greens movement is founded upon six fundamental principles: ecological wisdom, social justice, participatory democracy, non-violence, sustainability, and respect for diversity.
You can find out more on our volunteer page. If you are interested in volunteering, please call Chris at 416-800-5020 or e-mail chris@danforthgreens.ca.
