If you had a Farmers Market closes to home. I live at 4049 Dundas st. W. close to Humber River. thank you.
these markets are great but you would ecpect slightly lower prices
Can you help with any contact information in regards to the Farmers Market at Metro Hall (2009)
hello do you accept artisans as vendors for the east york civic center market? i make jewelry and i have done a farmers market last year and was succesful. please let me know i live really close and i think this would be an excellent oppurtunity.
Can I get some information about renting a spot for floral sales at the weekly Farmer’s Market at the East York Civic Centre? Please indicate availability, cost, etc.
Thanks.
Hi. I have some unhelpful news and some less helpful news. The unhelpful news is that all of the farmers markets listed above are for 2008, not 2009; this post is now out-of-date. The less helpful news is that we’re just the local Green Party in Toronto-Danforth, not the organizers of these farmer’s markets; we just collected the information (last year) and listed it all in one place.
For current schedules and rental information, you’ll need to contact the individual organizers.
Update: We’ve got the local farmers’ market info for 2009 here.
The info for this year’s farmer’s markets is available from the Toronto Farmer’s Market Network here:
http://tfmn.ca/?page_id=76
The contact info for the East York Farmer’s Market is not listed as it is for the others. I would suggest contacting the City of Toronto, since it is held on their property. I suspect they are the organizers. At any rate, they would know who to call.
