    hello do you accept artisans as vendors for the east york civic center market? i make jewelry and i have done a farmers market last year and was succesful. please let me know i live really close and i think this would be an excellent oppurtunity.

    Hi. I have some unhelpful news and some less helpful news. The unhelpful news is that all of the farmers markets listed above are for 2008, not 2009; this post is now out-of-date. The less helpful news is that we’re just the local Green Party in Toronto-Danforth, not the organizers of these farmer’s markets; we just collected the information (last year) and listed it all in one place.

    For current schedules and rental information, you’ll need to contact the individual organizers.

    Update: We’ve got the local farmers’ market info for 2009 here.

    The contact info for the East York Farmer’s Market is not listed as it is for the others. I would suggest contacting the City of Toronto, since it is held on their property. I suspect they are the organizers. At any rate, they would know who to call.
